Welcome to our website, my name is
Martyn Besselsen and I'm an American Bus fan.
Just recently we bought this original
Silverside on Ebay and after some efforts to get it home, I finally got
to see her in real and I just love this bus. You can't believe how far
ahead this bus was for its time.
Because we want to bring this bus back
in its original shape, with Greyhound decals etc and want to drive
passengers with it again, I appreciate any help I can get.
Our aim is to let Dutch people
experience a piece of American heritage in this 'time machine' and give them a feeling of traveling America in the 40s and early 50s.
I need some parts and the Greyhound
dogs or good pictures to make mockups. If you have any history on this
particular bus I'm interested in that as well. |
